A famous Western-style restaurant in Nagoya.The hamburger steak was incredibly delicious!It had a nicely charred exterior and was cooked medium-rare on the inside, making it very juicy. The refined flavor of the black-haired Wagyu was irresistible. The demi-glace sauce, with its perfect balance of umami and bitterness, was also exquisite. This was truly delicious.The beef stew, made with tender meat that takes a week to prepare, had a rich and deep flavor, but I might prefer a milder taste that appeals to a wider audience.
