A representative Italian restaurant of Akita.The restaurant is about a 10-minute taxi ride from Omagari Station. Since there were no taxis at the taxi stand at the east exit of the station, I called one!The atmosphere of the restaurant is very warm and homey. The service from the owner is wonderful.The dishes, made with various wild vegetables from Daisen City nurtured by pure snowmelt water, as well as Akita's excellent rice and ingredients, showcase the chef's great sense of taste.It was a fantastic farm-to-table restaurant that truly makes you feel happy!As expected!
