I celebrated my birthday here! This is a place I’ve wanted to visit for a long time! It’s about a 15-minute walk from Shirokanedai, and taking a taxi from Ebisu might be easier.The restaurant has a quiet atmosphere, and the entrance was lovely.Lunch seems to start at the same time for everyone, and I sat at the counter.They recommend pairing drinks, but you can also order a la carte.The menu changes with the seasons.I was satisfied with both the fish and meat dishes. The amuse-bouche was stylish, and it felt like a place that would be popular with women.The red wine-braised tongue was delicious and truly impressive that day.I’d love to come back for dinner next time!
