Here, you can enjoy exquisite dishes that embody the philosophy of Chef Masaya Fukami, who hails from the Japanese cuisine division of the prestigious Kawakyu Resort Hotel in Wakayama. After a relaxing soak in the carefully selected indoor hot spring baths located on the balconies of each room at the auberge NIPPON RESORT MUI SHIZEN ATANI, I indulged in a leisurely Japanese kaiseki breakfast. This luxurious treatment, a Japanese power breakfast, rejuvenates you from both inside and out. The high-quality bento boxes and tableware used for the meal are stunning, making the dishes even more appealing. Each dish prepared by Chef Fukami was delicious, showcasing the best of local ingredients. The locally sourced orange juice from Numazu Nishihura, called "Minna no Mikan," had a gentle and smooth taste that was delightful. It's definitely worth traveling to experience this culinary journey. From appetizers to desserts, the use of local ingredients was fully realized, and the experience was consistently impressive.
