I visited for my birthday.I had always wanted to try the French restaurant "Les Saisons" located in the Imperial Hotel.This time, in addition to the course meal, we also requested champagne and wine pairings.The dishes were based on classic French cuisine, yet incorporated elements of Japanese culture, such as cherry blossoms and plum blossoms, creating a uniquely Japanese experience.In particular, the sauces for each dish were truly delicious and left a lasting impression.The wine pairings were also excellent, with the sommelier providing thorough explanations and suggestions.Each wine complemented the dishes perfectly, allowing us to enjoy the meal with peace of mind.The service was as expected from the Imperial Hotel, providing a stable and comfortable atmosphere throughout our time there.I had a wonderful birthday filled with delicious food.I look forward to visiting again on a special occasion.
