This was my first visit in several years, and I was lucky to get a reservation despite the holiday. This sushi restaurant mainly features ingredients from Hokkaido, with a light seasoning that enhances the natural flavors of the ingredients. The scallops and herring were particularly delicious. I look forward to visiting again during my next stay in Sapporo.
