I recently visited Les Saisons at the Imperial Hotel for the first time. It's a prestigious restaurant with a dress code for men. Generally, a jacket is required, but during the summer, a collared shirt is acceptable. The staff seemed to be very well-trained, providing attentive service and thorough explanations of the dishes. Moreover, the flavors of the dishes were exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed each course, including the desserts.
