This is my second visit because the food is just too delicious.From the amuse-bouche, I am always blown away. They mentioned using blood in the dish, but there was no unpleasant odor; it was rich and flavorful, making the wine flow quickly.The soup and the fish appetizer were both very summery and, of course, delicious. And once again, I was moved by the pie wrap. The filling was fresh and fluffy, almost steamed in texture. Combined with the crispy pie crust, the texture was delightful, and above all, the sauce was incredibly tasty!!The amazing sauce is a common theme across all the dishes. I couldn't help but moan in delight the entire time! I wasn't originally a fan of game meat, but my impression completely changed after dining here!I look forward to visiting again soon! Once again, every dish was absolutely fantastic!It was a great meal!
