(T ^ T)❤️ This place has been on my must-visit list for a long time, so I was really looking forward to it. Today, I was invited to a private reservation, and we started off with a toast with sparkling wine. (We were so happy to be treated to endless drinks!) And then came the long-awaited kushi (skewers)❣️ The batter was crispy, and the hot ingredients delivered an incredible flavor directly to my palate. I couldn't help but be amazed at how delicious kushi katsu can be... I was moved with every single skewer. Especially the scallops and beef skewers were absolutely fantastic! The cooking was perfect, and the quality of the ingredients was truly remarkable. Also, the sakura mochi dessert skewer was the best and incredibly delicious. At Kushi Katsu A-bon, they want customers to enjoy the flavors without any preconceived notions, so they serve the skewers without revealing the ingredients at first. This made it exciting to wonder, "What is this?" as I devoured about 30 skewers. (Among them, Kii-chan's comment about the squid will surely be talked about in the future. Sorry for that! Haha.) What’s amazing is that even after eating so much, I didn’t feel any heaviness in my stomach at all. This is truly unbelievable. Delicious food is gentle on the body. Ah, it was a dream-like time, incredibly delicious, and so much fun❤️ I’m happy to have made friends with the Salome team!❣️ I look forward to seeing you again. It was a great meal!
