This was my second visit. I heard that the menu changes with the seasons, so I came specifically for summer. It's great that even with such high ratings, it's still easy to make a reservation.- Chicken Rillettes with Crackers - Chilled Potato Soup - Chicken Breast - Neck Meat ★ - Tender Chicken Thigh with Kan-zuri ★ - Hokkaido Jet Farm Asparagus - Tsukune (Chicken Meatball) - Gizzard - Eggplant (Melting) - Liver - Shiitake Mushroom - Momon (Thigh) from Oshioka - Misuji (Chuck) - Chicken Soba The dishes marked with ★ were particularly delicious. The staff provided thorough explanations for each dish.I found the Ishikawa Prefecture Revival Beer to be even better than the last time I had it, and I learned that it has been improved.There were also four solo diners, which I felt was a testament to the restaurant's hospitality.
