Even those who are not fond of game meat will find it delicious here. You can sense a hint of venison and wild boar, but it’s not overwhelming. The meal begins with a macaron made with blood, which makes you appreciate life.Although it’s a game dish, there was also fish served. I’m not sure if fish counts as game, but it was fluffy and incredibly tasty. The service is attentive, making for a comfortable dining experience.I visited three years ago, and this was my second time.
