I finally made it here.This is the award-winning GOLD restaurant in Nagano.You can really feel the chef's dedication to creating unique dishes that you can only enjoy here, especially since it's a bit hard to get to.I had the ayu (sweetfish) course, and I was truly impressed by how many different ways you can enjoy ayu.The dish featuring the texture of the bones, called segoshi, was the most shocking experience for me.As for the tastiest dish, it’s hard to choose between the famous oyaki (Japanese dumpling) that Nagano is known for and the ayu spring rolls featured in the cover photo.Although it's a GOLD restaurant, you can make reservations, so I highly recommend it!
