The soup resembling a water peony contained blue crab and hairy crab in kuzu powder, and I loved both its appearance and flavor. The sashimi of mud squid was paired with fried tentacles and pineapple, allowing me to enjoy a delightful variety of textures and flavors with each bite.I never knew that Kinu-katsugi and Yuzukuri went so well together. Not only the fish dishes but also the meat dishes were delicious. The charcoal-grilled beef was particularly exquisite. It was interesting to dip it in ice cream, which served as a sauce. The salt rice ball made by the chef was fluffy, with a perfect touch of salt, and absolutely delicious. The service and atmosphere were excellent, and the cost-performance ratio is high.I’m looking forward to my next reservation, even though it’s quite a while away.It was a great meal.
