I came to this French restaurant because they offer game dishes.**Macaron with Venison Blood** It had no fishy taste and was easy to eat.**Corn Soup** Made with Gold Rush corn, topped with lemon foam. I thought the presentation using corn leaves was very nice, but the lemon foam might overpower the sweetness of the corn, so maybe less would be better.**Salad with Sea Bream from Ehime Prefecture, Rice, and Puffed Rice** Dressed with wasabi mayo and dashi, served like chazuke. This was incredibly delicious! The aroma of hinoki and yuzu was delightful.**Pâté en Croûte** A dish made with venison, wild boar, and boar meat. The strawberry jam served on the side was very tasty. When paired together, it brought out a different flavor profile that made the wine flow! **Ayuy Pie** Inside, there was a scallop mousse and ayu layered like a mille-feuille. It also contained aonori. The sauce was exquisite and wonderful. The sauce made from ayu bones was truly the best. It was so delicious that I could have finished a whole loaf of bread with it. An outstanding dish!**Roasted Ezo Deer** The side dishes were excellent. Oomasaari beans, chive flowers, shiitake mushrooms, and two-year-aged sweet potatoes. These sweet potatoes were incredibly delicious and surprisingly sweet. I also tried the oomasaari for the first time; it was like a large bean sprout and was tasty too!**Dessert** The final dessert was a kiwi and shiso sorbet, finished like a mojito, with crème d'anjou inside. It was a refreshing combination.**Tea Sweets** The financier was made with boar fat, but I didn’t notice any strong flavor. The message plate was beautifully presented. Also, the butter here was incredibly delicious. And the bread was great too! Everything, from the food to the drinks, was delicious! The staff was numerous and attentive, and the service was excellent.I definitely want to come back!
