A renowned restaurant by Chef Shinsuke Ishii. It had been a while since my last visit, but the dining experience was once again filled with joy and creativity, enveloped in a sense of excitement and vitality. The specialty, a fish pie served in the shape of sea bream, was delightful, and the Amuse Bouche was beautifully presented. The petite rice dish served in a cocotte was also charming.
