Unlike typical unagi specialty restaurants, here you can enjoy a variety of cooking methods and grilling styles, allowing for a delightful tasting experience.The dishes, including those inspired by Chinese techniques, such as shira-yaki (grilled eel without sauce), kabayaki (grilled eel with sauce), a bowl of eel in shellfish broth, and eel tempura, were all exquisite and truly remarkable.I was deeply impressed by the owner's ambition and humility.
