This was my first visit to Ura Matsu in a year.I was personally very excited and it exceeded my expectations beyond what I remembered.The chef's strong dedication is evident from the detailed explanations provided at the time of serving, and not only the meat but also the other ingredients are of the highest quality. I absolutely love the white rice here.The highlight of the day was the lamb shoulder steak. I could seriously eat it endlessly!
