I visited L'Effervescence for the first time. Although it is a French restaurant, it gives off a distinctly Japanese vibe. Perhaps it’s more accurate to say that it embodies the pride of Japanese people in presenting French cuisine (though I’m not entirely sure).The course was unexpectedly delightful in a good way, showcasing a strong attention to detail throughout. The service was perfectly balanced, making it a place I would love to visit regularly.
