Summer is definitely delicious.I visited in March and had such a wonderful experience that I decided to come back in the summer. Once again, it was an amazing experience filled with fun and deliciousness, and I got to appreciate the taste of Niigata's seasonal vegetables.We started with an appetizer of cotton candy corn ice cream topped with coffee powder. What an exciting start!I still love the galette, and the char with its yellow roe had an incredible texture! The side dishes of arugula and the apple candy eggplant were delightful. The egg dish was also fantastic. The melon yokan was delicious as well.This time, I felt even more strongly about the restaurant's solid foundation. It was such a joy. I will definitely visit again.
