Regular visits to Suikouan are always a delight! ✨This time, I enjoyed some impressive Matsutake mushrooms from Bhutan.The caps were huge!!!As always, the dashi was delicious! ♡The egg yolk soy sauce for the sashimi was thick and paired perfectly!!This was my first sanma (Pacific saury) of the year, and it was incredibly fragrant! ✨The winter melon was also tasty! ✨The way the Matsutake was sliced was just beautiful.I love the ebana (edible flowers) as usual, and the Matsutake rice was simply too good!!The Ranou egg over rice is unbeatable!!I managed to enjoy every last bite today!I’m so glad! ♡I’m looking forward to my next visit!!
