I visited this place after a long time. I arrived around 1 PM, but ended up waiting nearly 2 hours...Since I was in a private room, I was able to get seated a bit earlier.After such a long wait, I was determined to enjoy the meal, so I ordered the grilled liver. It had a great texture, and with every bite, the rich flavor burst forth.Then came the unaju (grilled eel over rice). The eel was so fluffy that it felt like it could melt in your mouth. It was truly one of a kind. The taste made the 2-hour wait worthwhile.
