I visited Ushimaru again this year to celebrate my birthday, just like last year when I had an amazing meal.This time, there were dishes not even listed on the menu, and both the quantity and quality had improved compared to last year. The staff even mentioned that they noticed the difference.The rock oysters were impressively large, rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The dishes featuring two types of abalone and the crispy eel were also fantastic.Although I'm not a fan of alcohol, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious Japanese sake I sampled. I might want to enjoy it while savoring the rock oysters.It seems like there is a wide selection of drinks available, so for those who can drink, pairing them with the food could be a great option.Since I visited in July both last year and this year, I hope to change it up and come during a different season next time.It was a wonderful birthday celebration.
