I was unsure where to have lunch while on my business rounds, but I thought I could still make it from Shikokuchuo City. Since it was a weekday and close to closing time, there wasn't much of a line, which was great. The group of young tourists in front of me was told by an older lady that they were using too much soy sauce.I passed them and grabbed a topping croquette. I went with cold soy sauce.As expected, the noodles were incredibly firm. It had been a while, but I was reminded once again that when it comes to firm noodles, Suzaki is the place to go.
