I had been looking forward to visiting Sugita for a long time. From the appetizers to the nigiri, everything was truly delicious, making each dish a wonderful experience to savor.The nigiri, in particular, had not only fresh and tasty toppings but also an exquisite balance with the rice, leaving a lasting impression from the first bite to the last.Watching the chef prepare the sushi was impressive, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a delightful time throughout my visit.It's no surprise that reservations are hard to come by; this is a place I would love to return to again and again.
