I finally had the chance to visit LATURE, which I had been looking forward to.Starting with the signature dish, "Deer Blood Macaron," I enjoyed a unique course centered around game meat, including roasted venison and finishing with the dessert Vacherin.Not only game, but seasonal vegetables and seafood were generously incorporated, with each dish showcasing the charm of the ingredients and the essence of the season—truly exquisite plates.Since the chef hunts locally, each dish carries a story of life, allowing me to feel that sentiment throughout the course.As someone involved in the food industry, this experience made me reflect on my gratitude for the ingredients and producers I work with daily, as well as the meaning of receiving life through food. It was a highly educational time.Thank you for the wonderful dishes and this precious experience. I look forward to visiting again in a different season.
