Each dish showcases a precision that leaves no room for doubt.For a chef, it’s not easy to continue reflecting on oneself and moving forward after reaching a certain level of completion. That’s why I have deep respect for the head chef’s commitment to never being satisfied with the status quo and constantly honing his craft.This dedication manifests not in flashy changes, but in the undeniable feeling of "something is different" the moment you taste the food.I am excited to see how this cuisine will continue to evolve in the future.
