I had the chance to make a reservation for OMAKASE and visited for the first time. For lunch, I chose the nigiri-only course priced at JPY 33,000. The chef prepared all the pieces except for the rolls. The white rice, with its perfect acidity, remained light and enjoyable until the end, which I really appreciated. While it may not be the most cost-effective option, I think it's worth it for a special treat. The service was exceptionally attentive and wonderful; I was surprised when they even changed my hand towels during the meal. I also ordered some extras and left feeling very satisfied.
