I've always wanted to visit this restaurant, but it was far from my home and I couldn't make a reservation. By chance, I found an opening due to a last-minute cancellation the day before my day off, so I made the trip. The tuna, bonito, and sea urchin were incredibly delicious. It's impressive that they use such high-quality ingredients at this price. The rice had a satisfying texture, and when paired with the fish, it really stood out. The sushi overall had a strong flavor leaning towards sour, with no sweetness at all. This might be a matter of personal taste—some people will love it, while others may not.Now for the downsides…With only 8 seats at the counter and a somewhat cramped space, if there’s a noisy group, their voices really echo. Depending on where you sit, I found it disappointing that I couldn't have a conversation with the chef because the group was so loud. I was really looking forward to enjoying the sushi experience, including chatting with the chef. However, I think this is a matter of preference; those who enjoy a quieter atmosphere might find it more appealing. If you want to savor sushi in your own world without much conversation, or if you come with close friends, you might enjoy it just fine.Since I traveled so far, I thought about exploring the area before heading back, but I ended up feeling tired and just took the train home. I can't quite put my feelings into words… I was looking forward to coming here someday, but it didn't turn out as I hoped. (´;ω;`) This is just my personal opinion.
