I visited the Shima Kanko Hotel specifically for this meal, and it was absolutely fantastic! First, the Ise lobster soup was rich and creamy, with the intense flavor of the lobster melting in my mouth. The abalone steak was also incredibly delicious, enhanced by two types of butter sauces that brought out the natural taste of the abalone. I definitely want to visit again!
