I was taken to this restaurant by my husband for my birthday. To be honest, I was a bit worried since I had been to Reminiscence last year, but this place exceeded my expectations.The explanations were thorough, and the presentation of the dishes was stunning, which made the experience enjoyable. Additionally, the casual atmosphere was a pleasant surprise for a restaurant in this price range. The spacing between tables was generous, creating a relaxed vibe without being in a private room, allowing us to have a great time.The highlights were the sweet shrimp and Aichi beef. The sweet shrimp had such a delightful texture that it still lingers on my palate, and the olive oil enhanced its sweetness beautifully. The Aichi beef was incredibly tender, melting in my mouth, and it tasted surprisingly sweet for meat. I heard they cook it slowly at around 50-60 degrees, which creates a flavor that you just can't replicate at home.The dessert melon was refreshing, and the mango paired with the slightly bitter financier created a wonderful contrast.The celebration plate seemed to use fresh flowers, adding to both the aroma and the visual appeal. I heard Christmas is quite competitive here, but I would love to visit again when the seasons change.
