This was my first visit to RADICE. I was recommended by a fellow chef to try this place, as the chef has trained in Italy and the food is said to be delicious. At the beginning, we were introduced to the vegetables and pasta that would be used for our meal. I saw a vegetable called "nobiru" for the first time, and everything was delicious, making for an exciting dining experience.I opted for the full pairing, and the wines were also very tasty, perfectly complementing the dishes. What stood out the most were the fried ayu pizza and the melt-in-your-mouth onions served with the meat. It was absolutely fantastic. The portions were quite generous, but I requested smaller servings for the latter half of the meal. The bread was available for takeout, so I took some home.I definitely want to visit again. It was a great meal!
