I always leave satisfied after visiting.My dining companions eagerly listen to the explanations as each dish arrives. With every bite, their eyes widen, and they sigh in delight while chewing. Seeing this makes me, as the host, very happy.Even though I come here several times a year and some dishes are familiar, the appetizers always feature new creations. I’m impressed by the creativity.Today, I enjoyed a modern white wine made from grapes grown near Meursault, called Butterfield, and it exceeded my expectations. The aromas of hazelnuts, oak, and spices harmonized beautifully, and the mineral notes paired well with the food.I wonder when I should come next time...
