When it was first served, the inside was still raw and not heated through, so I wasn't inclined to eat it right away.The sauce is soy sauce-based. There were options like wasabi and yuzu pepper on the table, but I felt it would have been nice to have more choices for the sauce itself.It was tasty, but I questioned whether it was worth the price.The onion gratin was rich in cheese and well-made, but it didn't leave me in awe.
