This is my favorite restaurant that I've visited several times.I always look forward to trying different seasonal dishes each time I go.What impressed me this time was the truffle-infused satsuma-age! ❣️The fluffy texture combined with the rich aroma of truffle was beyond my expectations in terms of deliciousness. ✨And the chicken wings were, as always, reliably tasty. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, it's a dish I want to order every time.This time, I also tried the "Noguchi Taro's Chicken Wing Gin" for the first time, and it paired perfectly.It had a refreshing taste with a strong umami flavor, making it an excellent match with the chicken wings.Not only is the food delicious, but the calm atmosphere and attentive service make it a wonderful place I want to visit again and again. ✨
