I visited "Shumoku Cho Shimizu" for the first time with two friends, a place I had been curious about for a while.Knowing it’s a restaurant that’s hard to get a reservation at, I was truly delighted to have the opportunity to visit this time.Since photography of the dishes is not allowed inside, I took my time to savor each plate, enjoying the experience as a whole.On this occasion, we enjoyed a course featuring a variety of river fish. The dishes were crafted with great respect for the ingredients, allowing us to fully appreciate the delicate flavors and aromas unique to river fish.Although I couldn’t capture any photos, the experience left a deep impression on my heart.I definitely want to return in a different season.It was a great meal.
