Just a 2-minute walk from Shintomicho Station, I visited the Michelin Bronze Award-winning Italian restaurant "PRIMO PASSO." I made a reservation through the OMAKASE site and arrived on a weekday at 8:30 PM. I ordered the Omakase course for JPY 19,800. Chef Tomoyuki Fujioka, who was in charge of the pasta section at a three-star Italian restaurant in Naples, creates Italian dishes infused with Japanese elements, and every menu item was delicious. Among them, the fried pizza with prosciutto, spaghetti with clams, and Bimi beef strip loin were particularly outstanding. I enjoyed every bite until the end. 【Today's Menu】 ① White Asparagus with Surf Clam - A clam dashi flan with sautéed surf clam, served with a prosciutto broth. ② Fried Pizza with Prosciutto and Corn - Ricotta, Parmigiano, and smoked cheese with corn jelly and French prosciutto. ③ Horse Mackerel with Pistachio and White Gourd - Roasted pistachios. ④ Japanese Sea Bream with Bamboo Shoots and Plum - Charred with straw, skin grilled over charcoal. ⑤ Spaghetti with Clams and Wasabi Leaves - Cold pasta with clam and kombu dashi. ⑥ Ravioli with Nanatani Duck and Butterbur Stems - Minced duck thigh, red Manji chili, and buffalo mozzarella. ⑦ Risotto with Cuttlefish and Udo - Clam dashi and wild garlic. ⑧ Prosciutto with Melon and Mint ⑨ Bimi Beef (from Chiba Prefecture) - Strip loin. ⑩ Cappuccino - Hand-made pasta resembling cappuccino served in a mug, with sakura shrimp. ⑪ Hazelnut - Gelato made solely from hazelnuts, without dairy. ⑫ Panna Cotta with Mango - Served with gyokuro syrup. ⑬ Cream Puff - Filled with loquat and custard.
