I visited Makimura in Oimachi. This Michelin-starred restaurant is highly praised for its service, and the owner is incredibly kind, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. I make it a point to visit every season, and I am always impressed by the chef's seasoning. It seems that the chef's apprentice will not inherit the restaurant, so I’m not sure how many more times I’ll be able to enjoy this place. I hope both of them stay healthy and continue to serve delicious dishes for a long time.
