I visited the renowned "Tonkatsu Fujii," known for being hard to reserve. This time, I enjoyed the chicken tender cutlet, minced cutlet, the "Junpaku no Bianka" tenderloin from Niigata, and the "Hayashi SPF" loin cutlet. The standout for me was the chicken tender cutlet. It was astonishingly tender, with a gentle flavor that still packed a savory punch. This was the best dish of the day.The minced cutlet was rich and delicious, with flavors that deepened with each bite. The tenderloin from Junpaku no Bianka, raised on yogurt, was not only visually appealing but also sweet and incredibly tender. The loin cutlet from Hayashi SPF had a firm texture, and the umami spread throughout my mouth with each bite. The fatty edge was particularly sweet and surprising.I finished off with a soothing herbal tea, leaving me feeling warm and content. It's delightful that even with such high-quality pork, tonkatsu remains relatively affordable compared to other fine dining options. It's no wonder this place is hard to book; it truly offers a high level of satisfaction.
