Ginza @ushigoro_yakiniku This place has redefined the concept of Yakiniku. Enjoy a fully private room experience where Yakiniku and meat dishes are served alternately. The way the meat is grilled and the hospitality of the staff are both exceptional. I was shocked to find that the texture of the sliced tongue was completely different when cut in half. The chilled corn soup had a subtle hint of meat aroma. The second dish, a hand roll with meat and eel, was delicious even down to the nori (seaweed). It’s been a while since I’ve encountered a restaurant where everything was served so perfectly. I will definitely return.
