It’s served with ginger soy sauce, which pairs perfectly. It also goes wonderfully with the Japanese sake.After eating half, I swapped with my wife for her Unagi Jyu. The strong flavor of the unagi complemented the refreshing liver soup beautifully.Wow, it was as delicious as ever! When we left the restaurant, the line had grown even longer.
