The Chinese cuisine here was absolutely delicious.Every dish exceeded my expectations, with the spices providing a fragrant heat that pleasantly stimulated my appetite.The corn soup was particularly impressive. Despite its simple ingredients, the balance of the corn's texture, natural sweetness, and umami was exquisite.The Mapo Eggplant and sweet and sour fried fish were surprisingly delicious as well.The chilled chicken noodles were very refreshing, and I was struck by the variety of herbs used. I even sensed a hint of the aromatic wood ginger from Guizhou, China.The final dessert, featuring a combination of coconut and mango, was a perfect match, beautifully enhancing each other's flavors for a wonderful conclusion.
