I came back to enjoy my favorite creative vegetable French cuisine!I really love how they transform familiar vegetables into such original dishes, delivering flavors that exceed my expectations.This time was no exception. The young corn served at the start was impressively sweet, with a rich flavor and a delightful char.The tomato dish that followed was also fantastic, with a wonderful depth and variety of flavors that I thoroughly enjoyed.The only slight disappointment was that the main dish was pork again, just like my last visit. I could detect a hint of the typical pork odor. Next time, I’d like to choose a main dish that features vegetables as the star.I look forward to returning to experience more innovative expressions of vegetables!
