I was allowed inside 15 minutes before opening.The highlight here is definitely the beef sashimi—it's absolutely exquisite! I couldn't take any photos, but the taste is unforgettable.I highly recommend the third dish, which features lean meat and egg!After the sashimi, you can order freely, so I chose the kaiware (daikon sprouts) wrapped in roast beef, grilled beef tongue, and braised dishes.The freshness and slight bitterness of the kaiware perfectly matched the sweetness of the rare roast beef!As someone who doesn't drink alcohol, I should have ordered less of the braised dish and opted for more grilled outside skirt instead...The seasonal dishes included chilled yam tail soup and steamed garlic!Overall, the course was incredibly satisfying!
