After staying overnight at a hot spring inn in Inami, we drove for about 45 minutes through mountain roads to reach this hidden gem of a restaurant!The presentation of the dishes was adorable and beautiful, and the flavors were outstanding. I completely understand why people travel from all over Japan to dine here!The highlights were the sweetfish, swordfish, soft-shelled turtle, L'evo chicken, and wild boar (the texture was incredibly tender and amazing)!It was a great meal!
