Every type of meat was incredibly delicious. Especially the Chateaubriand, which was the most tender I’ve ever had, truly surprised me. As expected from a yakiniku restaurant, the focus is on meat, but I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a soup for palate cleansing and enjoying the last piece of meat with grated Japanese radish. These details showcased the high level of completion in their course menu. The balance of fat and lean meat was excellent, making every bite truly enjoyable. If I were to point out a personal suggestion, while all the meats were tender and tasty, having at least one type with a bit more chewiness would add a refreshing contrast.
