I came across the announcement for the irregularly held Young Chef Lunch and decided to visit!Since it was the last day of lunch on Saturday, I arrived a little after 1 PM and waited for about an hour.I ordered the Roasted Chicken with Sichuan Spicy Sauce.There were two lunch options, the other being Stir-fried Beef with Green Peppers.As a fan of spicy food, I chose the roasted chicken.The skin was crispy, and the chicken was moist—absolutely perfect!The spicy sauce had a great punch and was incredibly delicious!Underneath the chicken, there were bean sprouts, a side of dried tofu, a steaming bowl of rich soup, and glossy rice. Everything was so delicious that I ended up asking for a second serving of rice and soup!I regretted not coming during the lunch service from late April to early May.I heard that the menu changes daily, so I think it would be enjoyable to visit every day!I was deeply impressed by this restaurant's Young Chef Lunch last year, which is notoriously hard to book. Although I waited an hour this time, I would have gladly waited another hour for this 1000% satisfying lunch!They mentioned not to rate the lunch this time, but it was undoubtedly a perfect score!I heard the next Young Chef Lunch might be around September, and I’m looking forward to going as often as I can to try various dishes!It was a great meal!
