The first skewer, made with chicken breast, captured my heart. The skin was crispy and perfectly grilled. Each dish came out at just the right time, making it a fun experience! The chicken sashimi was incredibly delicious as well. I loved that I could choose my final dish and adjust the portion size. I definitely want to go back!
