This was my first visit since the new chef took over. While there were some changes since Hikita-san's time, many things remained the same, and I enjoyed my meal once again!I was thrilled to find that my favorite toast and the closing rice dish were still delicious as ever! The variety of closing rice options has increased, which was a delightful change. No matter how many times I eat here, the closing dishes at Shin Kobe are just too good—I keep coming back for them.My next reservation is quite a while away, and I’m not sure what I’ll be doing until then, but I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit!
