I had been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time. Initially, it was quite difficult to make a reservation, but recently, I found out that I could book a table through Tabelog.I was able to make an online reservation just a week in advance. However, there was only one spot left, so I recommend booking early.Upon arrival, you need to ring the intercom. After being let in, you take the elevator to the 6th floor. There, an extraordinary space awaits you. I was already excited before even tasting the food.This time, I reserved the omakase course for JPY 22,000, which included:- 2 Amuse-bouches- 3 Appetizers- 2 Fish dishes- 1 Meat dish- DessertI chose this option because the other popular course had a few more dishes, and I was a bit concerned about whether I could finish it.The second amuse-bouche was something like a gout platter, called "Egg." Haha! It might be risky for the guys, but it was incredibly delicious! It featured caviar, ikura (salmon roe), and something else I can't remember, but it was truly delightful and something I had been wanting to try for a long time.Next, the carpaccio also had caviar!!! The abalone risotto was also outstanding. Overall, I thought the portions were a bit small, but by the time dessert came, I was quite full.A variety of tiny pastries were served, which is sure to please any woman. If you can't finish them, you can take away everything except for the fresh sweets. At the end, there was a surprise from the chef!!!On my way out, I was shown the private rooms and the wine cellar. This is a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy the best dishes in an extraordinary setting. I highly recommend it for special occasions.
