About a 3-minute walk from Akita Station, I visited for lunch and made a reservation by phone about a week in advance. During the reservation, they confirmed not only the arrival time but also the menu items I would be ordering. On the day of my visit, I arrived on time, and the restaurant had both counter and sofa seating, creating a calm atmosphere.I ordered the Outside Skirt Lunch and Liver Slices.Since I had communicated my order in advance, the dishes were served relatively quickly after I was seated. The dining style involved grilling the food myself over charcoal on the table. The Outside Skirt was juicy and tender, allowing me to fully appreciate the rich flavor of the meat. The liver slices were cut into manageable sizes, showcasing their freshness. I enjoyed grilling them to my preferred doneness, and they were delicious with minimal odor.
